Abstract

Thus, it was found that pluralism is formed with the help of reflection and consensus, which leads to a tendency towards inclusiveness and rationalism for differences of opinion in social situations, and this tendency leads to citizenship and identity. Has a positive effect on .It is therefore central to the rule of law, which creates a sense of inclusiveness that creates a sense of protection of individual rights.

Multidimensional pluralism has strong foundations in Islam and can be further defined with an understanding of the philosophy of Shari'a aims. The political principles and rules of Islam are fully compatible with legal democracy. The tendency of the people, the views of the people and the environment of their protection are the elements that are very helpful in the synthesis of pluralistic legitimacy. Since democracy is a form of government, it is not a definite system. It can be used in formation. For this, Islamic ethics provides a very wide range of teachings in legislation, thinking, public representation and democratic activities.
