The success of a nation is linked to the excellence of its educators and administrators. A nation getting good teachers and administrators is a sign of its nation’s happiness. A healthy society cannot be formed without an educator. A teacher who is a good administrator, his best personality is the focus of education and training. Islam has given a teacher the position of a mentor and spiritual father. The greatness of the teacher’s role can be estimated from the fact that the first teacher is the Creator of the universe as mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 31. In the same way, Seerah of the Prophetﷺ mentions the position, greatness, importance, character, administrative qualities, etc. of a teacher. Therefore, this statement of the Prophetﷺis enough to clarify the positionof the teacher: “I‘ve been sent as a teacher.” (Ibn e Majah. 229) The Seerah (Biography) of the Prophetﷺ has clarified not only the rank and position of the teacher but also put his characteristics and true lifestyle in front of the Ummah.
