Importance of the religious tolerance in the light biography of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

Abstract

All human beings are like a family in the eyes of Allah and the best among all is the one who is best to other fellowmen Tolerance is contrary to harshness which means endurance is the name of tolerance in religious context. The teachings of religious endurance or tolerance are an illuminating chapter in Islam. From the teachings of Quran and Hadith it will be clear that there are a lot of focus and stress upon humanity and religious tolerance, confirming that Islam is such a universal religion is which is based upon politeness, service to humanity and their betterment and such values are the religious priority in Islam.
